Chair Yoga and Meditation with Bay Ridge Center for Older Adults

This Senior Chair Yoga and Meditation class includes seated and standing postures with the support of the chair, as well as meditation, breathwork, and relaxation. The focus is on freeing the joints, opening up the body, and moving through a variety of poses with the support of the chair as well as relaxing and calming the mind.
